วัดอรัญญิกาวาสมีประวัติเจ้าอาวาสหลายท่านตั้งแต่ก่อตั้งมา ตัววัดประกอบด้วยอาคารไม้หลายหลัง มีอาคารคอนกรีตผสมไม้และมีพระประธานองค์ใหญ่ หน้าตักกว้าง 3เมตร และสูง 4 เมตร ประดิษฐานอยู่ภายในวัด
